Dalmore Distillery
At Dalmore Distillery you’ll get a taste of the dedication that goes in to producing the world’s most expensive whisky. Award winning malts have been distilled here since 1839. Pure, clean water taken from the local River Alness and the experience of the small band of stillmen combine to ensure Dalmore’s unique character and quality never falters - it remains the classic Highland malt.
Balblair Distillery
Founded in 1790 Balblair is the second oldest working distillery in Scotland. It is situated on the Dornoch firth, one of the most stunning scenic areas of Scotland. The area is known as the ‘parish of the peats’ whilst the name Balblair means battlefield or town of the plain.

Storehouse of Foulis
Delightfully set on the shore of the Cromarty Firth in the heart of Munro country, is the fully restored 18th C., grade A listed, Storehouse. Housed within are a series of entertaining informative and educational history and wildlife exhibitions, together with a restaurant & farm shop.
